Step 1 - Selection
Choose your products and design them the way you like. Use the "Use Logo Colors" feature – the products will magically be designed in your team colors. Try it out!


Step 2 - Personalization
Specify the names and numbers and choose a font style. Position everything as you like, add sponsors and special logos, and the graphics department will do the fine-tuning. You'll receive an email notification and can approve or adjust the corrections.


Step 3 - Addition
Add products like a bag, blade protector, toiletry bag, backpack, overpants, puck/ball bag, and much more to suit your needs. All in your team colors!


Step 4 - Order
Review the design, send it to your teammates via PDF! Then, check the shopping cart, fill out all the details, and submit the order!


Step 5 - Payment & Production
We have received your order and are sending you an invoice. Once paid, we will process your order.

Ordering is done via the platform; all logos, information, player lists, etc. are uploaded and processed directly in the configurator. Communication also takes place in the configurator; you'll always receive an email when an action is required.
What are the production deadlines
What are the production deadlines
These depend on the selected products. The average production time is 2-3 weeks for sublimated (printed) products. For embroidered products and those with stitching, the production time is 4-5 weeks. Delivery takes place after production; this does not count towards the production time and must be added to the delivery time. The courier takes approximately 3-7 days.

The production deadline only begins once the invoice has been paid and we have released the order for production . You will receive an email confirming that the order is now in production.

Payment is made exclusively by invoice. Once you have confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice via email. Production will be released immediately upon receipt of payment . The maximum payment period is 10 days.

No. The displayed price (RP) includes the product price, transportation fees, customs duties, fees, and taxes. This type of delivery is called "landed cost."

The invoice will be issued in Swiss francs (CHF). Upon request, it can also be issued in euros. Please note this when ordering.

If the invoice is not paid within 10 days, the order will be canceled. We reserve the right to charge for the costs incurred. A placed order is always binding.

This all happens via the configurator when you're logged into your account. You have your own "locker room" where all your products are stored. The equipment manager has an easy job of reordering—no emails, no calls. Try it out!

The fastest way is with vectorized data, which your graphic designer creates. If you only have this data as .jpg or .png images, we'll take care of it for you. Send us the images you have, we'll process the data, and we'll get back to you if we need more information.

You must have the image and logo rights (owned, purchased, licensed). You will be asked about this in the configurator, and you must answer "Yes." We cannot produce products for which you do not own the rights; we will reject these orders.

All products are very well described in the configurator, and each product has a size chart. If you would still like samples, shipping within Switzerland is possible. Please contact us so we can discuss this.

No. We charge postage plus a flat fee. If we receive the samples back in the same condition as we sent them, we will refund the fee or credit it to your order.
